Anyone who has read these blogs or met me in person before knows how obsessive I am about “never getting a second chance to make a first impression”. A great photo means the difference between someone clicking on rather than scrolling past online; the difference between selling or not selling; renting or not renting. To this end, I am very critical of other agents who send photographers around unaccompanied to properties, who snap away Willy Nilly without a creative care in the world and send back the shots to agents with even less care, who click a few buttons and make the property live with inferior photographs.

Hands up, due to work commitments and not taking enough care, I was one of these agents with this property, and these photographs are what a new employee of our team came back with.

Taking the photo from the wrong angle with too much furniture in the front of the shot makes this voluminous living room look small. The wow factor windows are not even in shot either.

The small things make such a big difference to the marketing of your property.
