Samantha Hossack

Lettings Director

Samantha is a member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) and grew up in Surrey, where her career in estate agency commenced at the tender age of 21. After three years letting properties in the beautiful countryside, the Big Smoke beckoned and Samantha made the move to Central London. Sara Oliveira Amaral

Lettings Consultant

Originally born in Portugal, Sara moved to Switzerland with her family at a young age. When her father decided to build a holiday house in Portugal, that’s when she first got into real estate. From changing construction plans to choosing door handles, her father involved her in the whole process. Whilst her mother followed the same footsteps, Sara was pleased to assist her from the shell to the interior design.

After finishing her degree in economics and law, Sara decided to move to the other side of the globe. Not only was she fascinated by the Australian architecture, but also the beautiful beaches and stunning places the country has to offer.

After returning to Switzerland, Sara felt deep in her heart that her journey was not over and she finally decided to change her career path into property – overseas. She secured her first real estate job in London and had two weeks to plan the move, find a property, move in and start her new life. Since then, she hasn’t looked back! Sara is now a linchpin of the thriving lettings team at tlc and is delighted to help clients secure their new homes.

Not only does Sara love to travel, but she also enjoys reading and used to play football for over six years. At the moment she is trying to get fit again to get back on the field.

David Murray

Property Manager

David was brought up in Dumfries, Scotland and went to the University of Glasgow, where he received his degree from the Mackintosh School of Art.

His subsequent career working as an architect in London, was interrupted when his partner was offered a jolly nice job in Dubai in 2006. David of course followed and not to be outdone, got himself a jolly nice job there too, working for one of the Middle East’s most reputable architectural practices. After 12 years, they both decided London was calling. Yes, even with the rain and cold and damp.

Since returning, David managed the refurbishment of two luxury properties in Chelsea and the fit-out of new offices in Holborn before accepting his role at tlc. He loves the energy and friendliness of the office as well as the diversity of clients.

When not at work, he is in his element exploring London and its architecture – both are in his blood.

Hollie Taffurelli

Property Manager

Hollie was raised in the London district of Fulham and has loved property ever since her teens. Fascinated by their qualities and how property changes year on year, it was inevitable she would become ARLA qualified.

There couldn’t be a more perfect job than Property Manager, the love of looking after other peoples homes as well as helping people day in, day out. And if having the job of her dreams isn’t enough, the lucky girl has a mum who is a Caribbean specialist, so she’s travelled there extensively with her over the years. Her luck doesn’t stop there – Turkey is her second home, which she loves and we don’t blame her.

However, there is another side to Hollie, which is an unusual condition called, ‘pug chihuahua’ – actually, that’s her dog Frankie, and he is the adorable apple of her eye😉.

She has a massive phobia of flying and the dentist but is overcoming her fears one by one, by travelling extensively and a set of new teeth which she got in Turkey. You will now always find her smiling from ear to ear!
