Ciara Vaughan

What is your role at tlc?  

My role at tlc is Assistant Block Manager. This role involves providing support to the wider block management team to ensure that the department runs smoothly and that the best relationships with leaseholders and freeholders are built and maintained.

What is your background?

I have a degree in Common Law and Business and Management from the University of Glasgow. I’ve had an interest in property since I was a teen and after completing work experience at a variety of property firms during my time at university, I knew that I wanted to pursue a career in the industry. I am particularly passionate about residential property and this is what has led me to my role at tlc!

What values drive you?

The values that drive me largely match the values of tlc as a company, such as remaining humble, striving for excellence and most of all, being kind.

What are your objectives for tlc over the next 12 months?  

My objectives for tlc over the next 12 months are to help expand the services offered across the block management department and to help expand our portfolio.

What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?  

Outside of the office, I enjoy socialising with friends and family, whether that be at bars, restaurants or around London’s many exciting attractions. I also enjoy running and yoga.

What is your favourite song?

My favourite song at the moment is Dermot by Fred again!

What is one thing that might surprise people about you?

I like to try the most obscure things on a menu.

If you could be any animal, what would you be?

If I could be any animal, I would be a robin so that I could fly from place to place.

What are three things on your bucket list?

Three things on my bucket list include a skydive, to travel around South America and to learn the Italian language!
