What is your role at tlc?  

I am a block manager and a client relationship builder.

What is your background?

I am originally from Barcelona and hold a degree in Politics. I began my career in block management in Manchester in 2018 and have brought my skills to London since 2022.

What values drive you?

Empathy, justice, and responsibility are the core values that drive me.

What are your objectives for tlc over the next 12 months?  

My objectives over the next 12 months are to continue growing within my role, to become the best block manager for my buildings, and to contribute to the strong reputation of TLC.

What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?  

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, good food, traveling, reading a good crime novel, focusing on my wellness, and watching football matches.

What is your favourite song?

I enjoy too many different songs and genres to choose just one favourite—it really depends on the activity and the company.

What is one thing that might surprise people about you?

People might be surprised to learn that I lived in Ghana for six months and was considering settling there.

If you could be any animal, what would you be?

If I could be an animal, I would choose to be a black panther. I admire its combination of strength, courage and strategic thinking, moving with power, grace and an air of mystery. All these characteristics resonate with me, embodying qualities I value in life and work.

What are three things on your bucket list?

1. Squat 100 kg.
2. Start my own online nutrition coaching business.
3. Travel to more overseas countries.
