As COVID-19 continues to impact so many lives, we at tlc wanted to ensure that you were aware of all the measures we have taken, and that the health and wellbeing of our team, our community and all our clients far and wide, is paramount.
We’re closely following advice and guidance from the Government and WHO and are putting in place a number of precautions and actions. This includes the regular disinfection and deep clean of our offices and new hygiene and hand washing recommendations for our staff and visitors.
We understand that you may have a number of questions, so our fantastic Sales, Lettings, Block Management and Property Management teams have put together a list of things we think would be helpful for you to know.
In these times unknown, with business as (un)usual, let’s stick together and keep the conversation going. Our amazing team will be available for virtual viewings, WhatsApp calls and video tours to help you continue to move forward with your lives.

If you are, or know anyone locally, who is elderly and/or vulnerable, the tlc team are on hand to help, even if it’s just to drop off a loo roll or some tea bags.
Finally, if you exhibit any symptoms, or have been in contact with anyone who subsequently has, please respect our team and our contractors and make sure you advise us beforehand so appropriate measures can be taken.
