I relish opportunities to get into the gym where possible which is usually followed by great food, entertainment and company. More importantly, I love to spend time with my boy who is growing up all to fast! (He loves a good adventure).
What is your favourite song?
This is a really difficult question! I would have to say at the time of writing this that I recently found my dad ‘rocking out ‘to Californication by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. This gave me reminiscent memories of the past when we use to listen to it on our old stereo system many years ago. Listening to it now gives a whole new perspective of the world. (Given it was written in late 90’s).
What is one thing that might surprise people about you?
Something that surprises people was that I grew to 6ft tall in year 5 (9/10 years old) and didn’t grow any further (sadly)! – Photos are available as proof. Giant Jay was a thing!

A big friendly dragon, yes really a dragon!
