What is your role at tlc?

I’m a Principal Lettings Consultant.

What is your background?

I was born and raised in the vibrant London Borough of Hackney and I am of Colombian heritage. In summer 2016, I was given the opportunity to join tlc for work experience and I have been a member of the team ever since! During my time at university, I worked at tlc on a part-time basis which, along with my studies in sociology and politics, fuelled my passion for housing and property.

Honesty, fairness and altruism.

What are your objectives for tlc over the next 12 months?

Priortise building strong rapport with applicants and tenants to become their go-to choice when searching for their ideal flats.

What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?

I enjoy going to gigs, visiting museums and reading.

What is your favourite song?

My favourite song is ‘Where Am I’ by the legendary post-punk band Title Fight.

What is one thing that might surprise people about you?

I used to have very long hair.

If you could be any animal, what would you be?

I would be a condor—soaring high above the landscape and offering vision, strategy, and reliability.

What are three things on your bucket list?

• Travel across South America; an 8,000-mile motorcycle trip from the Andes to the Amazon
• Learn a third language (I would love to speak French)
• Write a non-fiction book
