What is your role at tlc?
Head of Lettings
What is your background?
I grew up in Hamburg, Germany until I moved to Frankfurt for my studies. Whilst studying International Management I was working in different fields within the real estate industry including Transaction Management, Construction and Business Development which eventually led to an internship abroad at an Estate Agency in New York City. Roughly a year later that internship turned into a full-time role in London as a Lettings Agent with the same firm. In 2019 I joined the tlc Lettings team and have since enjoyed working and living in Earls Court.
What values drive you?
The values that drive me are rooted in kindness, fairness, and humility. I believe in working diligently towards my goals while staying humble. Being kind and fair in all interactions are also very important to me to ensure a positive and respectful environment, both, inside and outside of work.
What are your objectives for tlc over the next 12 months?
In the next 12 months, I aim to expand our lettings reach into areas like SW7, W8, and SW10, strengthening our presence and connecting with more clients in these key locations.
What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?
Outside of the office, I love travelling and experiencing new cultures. I enjoy cooking and trying new foods, going for runs, and tackling home DIY projects.
What is your favourite song?
As I am a very indecisive person it is hard to narrow it down to one favourite song, but a song that I can always listen to is Time by Hans Zimmer.
What is one thing that might surprise people about you?
Although I was born and raised in Germany, my first language was Polish. Unfortunately, I am not as fluent in it anymore, but who knows, I might pick it up again one day.
If you could be any animal, what would you be?
It would probably be a Panda. To sleep and eat all day long sounds like a dream to me.
What are three things on your bucket list?
