What is your background?

I was born and raised in Switzerland, lived there for 27 years and then move to London. Even though I was born in Switzerland I consider myself Spanish having Spanish parents and being raised in a Spanish community. I loved living in Switzerland but when I was engaged to my husband (who was living in London) I decided to move. London gives me lots of new opportunities and I love the fact that it’s a culturally diverse city but I do miss the Swiss countryside and the snow!!  

At the moment, I am finishing my AAT level 2 next step AAT level 3.

What are your objectives for tlc over the next 12 months?

My objectives for tlc are to learn and grow as a person and do the best I can do.

What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?

I enjoy going on long walks being out in the nature, baking and gardening. Most of all spending time with my family and friends. Make sure I make to most of every day.

What is your favourite song?

This is a difficult question for me because I don’t have a specific favourite song, but I would say that at the moment, I really enjoy listening to lovely by Billie Eilish and Khalid. Also Dandelions by Ruth B.

What is one thing that might surprise people about you?

I think the most surprising thing about me is that I first met my husband when I was 5 years old and he said to my father: Good luck to the person who married Sonia! 

If you could be any animal, what would you be?

Polar bear 

What are three things on your bucket list?

-Taking my children skiing in Switzerland (where I use to go when I was a child)

-Visiting Uruguay where my husband is from

-Walking el camino de Santiago
